Artisan - A modern ercol classic, artisan features the crisp detail of chamfered legs and table top edges, shaped drawer and door handles. Artisan has a clear matt wax feel finish. A choice of extending or flip-top dining tables, slatted back or upholstered back dining chairs and a selection of sideboards and cabinets give real flexibility to suit your dining area. The range of artisan occasional pieces enables you to coordinate the look through your living space. Our stylish IR media units enable you to use your remote controls, whilst your DVD player and digiboxes are kept out of sight and free from dust, behind solid oak doors.

The larger extending table or the medium size flip-top extending table will grace any dining room alongside the delicately curved dining chairs. Two sideboards, a tall glass fronted cabinet and two smaller occasional tables with subtle angles and forms in the timber will deliver a clean co-ordinated look. Artisan is finished in a unique, clear matt, wax feel finish.

Bosco - With its flowing curves and attractive finger joint detailing bosco is a delight to behold. Designed to meet the needs of today's living, with cabinets that provide excellent storage and a choice of an extending dining table or two fixed top dining tables, which can optionally be made to bespoke lengths. Choose from either a wooden back or upholstered back chair. There is even an extending bookcase to fit varying spaces and an attractive desk for home-working.

Bosco is made from solid oak and oak veneers, finished with a matt lacquer that shows the beauty of the timber.

Barton- Made by ercol and designed by Sir Terence Conran, this beautiful oak furniture is the result of collaboration between two great British names. The Barton range is named after Sir Terence’s country home, Barton Court. It is made using modern and traditional craft techniques, including dovetail joints and steam bending of solid oak. Sir Terence commented: “There are refreshingly few bells and whistles in the range. But this simplicity belies a clever use of myriad geometric shapes and a wonderfully natural finish.”

Chester - Our chester dining tables, made from solid ash and elm, provide compact, but elegant, tables for those smaller dining areas. Our classic dining chair collection has been developed from a 300 year old tradition of Windsor  chair making in Buckinghamshire.

These delightful chairs are now crafted in solid ash to completely coordinate with your table. Available as both chairs and armchairs, our range includes the original hoop-back Windsor design, the taller Quaker, and elegant Swan chairs, with the iconic swan detailing, reflecting their Buckinghamshire origins. Chester coordinates particularly well with our Mural range.

Mantua - Made from ash, and available in a choice of six finishes, Mantua combines traditional ercol craftsmanship with beautiful design that will last the test of time.

Mantua’s clean lines and sinuous curves, with its signature drawer handles and curved cabinet sides, are combined with traditional construction, with a mortised and tenoned carcase and dovetailed drawers. Unusually, we offer the cabinets with a choice of drawers either at the top or at the bottom, enabling you to choose the look and functionality that suites you best.

The Mantua dining table has an integral, butterfly-leaf extension and the stylish double central legs which avoid anyone getting the leg when placing additional seats around the table. The Mantua chair is available in our range of over one hundred fabrics, or we can even make it in your own fabric.

Mural - Made alongside the Windsor range in our Buckinghamshire workshops, the intricate carvings, panel design and richness of the darker finishes will deliver a clear focal point in any room setting whilst complementing our range of upholstery, dining and occasional furniture.

All display cabinets have the option of wooden shelves or glass shelves with interior lighting, which come with 10w low voltage halogen lamps; base cabinets and bookcases have wooden shelves only. Additional wood and glass shelves are available upon request. If you need assistance in selecting your own individual cabinets your local retailer will be happy to advise you. Mural coordinates particularly well with our Chester range.

Originals - were designed by the company’s founder in the 1950s and reflect the start of the resurgence in confidence in the British furniture industry after the austerity of the post-war years.

When exhibiting at Tent, the UK’s showcase of applied design, we wanted to both encapsulate ercol’s ethos and heritage, but also reflect the company’s constant design evolution. The result was the Originals, but in a new matt black finish, producing a strikingly original set of furniture.

Pinto - Pinto is a complete dining and kitchen furniture collection, with classic shapes and understated detailing for an informal look. With excellent Functionality and storage space, Pinto is available in a choice of three soft contemporary painted finishes - pebble, coffee or sage, which allow the texture of the woodgrain to show through. Contrasting tops are in a clear matt lacquered finish and made from oak.

Pinto comes with a choice of two chairs - an upholstered chair in a cream fabric and a wooden back chair, with elegant curved back for great support.

Pinto is made from a combination of elm and oak solids and veneers.

Torino - Torino provides a stylish, yet relaxed dining experience. The range shows off the beauty of the American Oak it is crafted from. Attention to detail in the design shows through in the curves of the dining chairs, chamfers of the table legs, end-on grain detailing and dovetail joints.

Torino is also an ease and a delight to use. The sideboards have pull out serving shelves to give you additional space when dishing up, and plentiful storage space in the large cupboard spaces and multiple drawers.

For further choice there are two types of handles for the cabinets – either wooden or antiqued bronze. The dining tables feature extension leaves that store within the table for ease of use. Torino also includes a selection of occasional pieces to complete your room.

Windsor - Over the subsequent decades, Windsor has undergone many changes, adapting to the changing lifestyles and requirements of our customers, continually refreshing its look, whilst retaining its original design ethos and it remains one of our most popular ranges to this day.

The Windsor range showcases the skills of our workforce at our Buckinghamshire factory - from the dovetailed joints, to the steam bent chair bows, there are countless details to delight in. Windsor is made from either elm or ash, from naturally regenerative forests. It is available in a choice of finishes, all of which are applied using environmentally-friendly water based, rather than solvent based, stains. Each is then finished with a clear coat of lacquer to provide added protection for your furniture.

Our Windsor range spans dining, sideboards and cabinets, occasional pieces and even bedroom furniture, making it a truly comprehensive range.

Continuing the evolution of Windsor for changing lifestyles we have added media units designed for today's large flat-screened TVs and our supper table. The 2040 media unit updates the traditional TV cabinet for the 21st century and caters for large flat screen TVs, adding a bigger option to our 2094 wide screen TV cabinet. Prefer to keep your electronic gadgets out of sight and free from dust - our stylish IR media units enable you to use your remote control with the wooden doors closed, by using a built in infra-red repeater - the ercol IR eye. The supper table top cleverly lifts up, towards the user, providing an ideal surface to eat your supper at whilst watching TV or to use your laptop on.
